Consult with boards and executive leadership: The Institute makes available top-notch consultants to work one-on-one with individual organizations and umbrella organizations in three areas: Board Development, Strategic Planning, and Fundraising.

Based on an initial assessment, the mentor and client organization jointly agree upon specific goals and develop a strategy, timeline and measures of success. The period of engagement is typically two years and can be extended.

The Grinspoon Institute is currently providing one-on-one consultation for over 70 camps and day schools.  These organizations benefit from expert assistance to reshape boards, invigorate lay leadership, plan appropriately for their future, reach out to their constituents, and raise funds.
